DELIVERY

Delivery is carried out within the territory of Latvia. If you wish to receive the goods outside the territory of Latvia, please contact our consultants by writing to web@june.lv .

The buyer will be informed about the delivery of the goods to the JUNE LIVING warehouse by receiving a notification to the specified e-mail address or by phone.

The delivery time indicated for the product refers to the delivery of the goods to the Riga warehouse. The specified time is the planned delivery time, it is subject to change.

The buyer can receive orders from the JUNE LIVING warehouse free of charge. JUNE LIVING, upon agreement with the buyer, ensures the delivery of orders, as well as installs the goods at the address desired by the buyer throughout Latvia.
Delivery conditions in Latvia are in accordance with the Incoterms 2010 DAP (delivery to the buyer’s address) or FCA (the buyer chooses to provide transportation of the order).

If the buyer receives the order at the JUNE LIVING warehouse, the buyer assumes full responsibility for further transportation and assembly of the order.

If the delivery of the order to the buyer’s address is provided by JUNE LIVING, then JUNE LIVING is responsible for the quality of the transportation service provided to the buyer’s address.

The delivery service and prices of the goods must be agreed separately by contacting us using the contact information provided.

JUNE LIVING offers assembly and installation of the goods as an additional service. The installation service and prices of the goods must be agreed separately by contacting us using the contact information provided.

The goods that are in stock can be received the next business day from the moment of receipt of the order.

The Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer about the progress of production and delivery of the Goods and the dates of execution.

When placing an order for goods, the following must be indicated in the Delivery Address:

• Delivery Address
• Information about the floor (for apartment buildings)
• Preferred Delivery Time
• Phone number to contact for order confirmation and delivery

The Courier has the right to ask to present an identification document at the time of delivery to verify the identity of the recipient and record the last 5 digits of this document number.

At the time of delivery, the Buyer is obliged to check the conformity and quality of the Goods together with the Courier, as well as to sign the delivery note and the delivery document of the shipment.

If the Buyer finds that the packaging of the delivered Goods is damaged, it must be indicated in the delivery document (Seller’s copy), and if such discrepancies are found, they must be reported immediately by writing to web@june.lv .
